Partly because Teddy napped late yesterday (4-6:30 p.m.) and then was up late (about 11:30 *shudder*). But mostly because either yesterday's workout was a lot too hard, or there've been too many/too long/too hard in a row. My blood pressure was up. :( But it's back down, now, lower than it had been running the previous few weeks, so that's a good thing. Either cutting the sodium further or the additional exercise is helping (or both. And to be absolutely clear, I never popped above high normal, so not to worry. I do plenty of worrying for everyone.). In any event, today is a stay in (because it's freaking cold out there. Yay!) and wear jammies day. The kid's napping. This is a good sign.
Still _more_ friends are joining us in Disneyland! It's going to be a BIG ole party.
Maybe the guidebooks will arrive today. That would be cool.
