Before looking at that, I guessed about 2500 square feet, perhaps a bit more (MLS sez 2600), 3 car garage, 3 season room (they describe it as a heated sun room), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (missed on that one -- it has 2.5). I further guessed they would be asking 550-575K. In fact, they are asking 585.9K.
They might get it. It's a little newer (1978) than I was thinking it was, it has the third lav. OTOH, there's no cooling, it has its own septic (altho in theory, sewer will be going in there at some point), and the heating is oil, so at least from my perspective, there are some negatives. The kind of oil is hot water baseboard, so there's no ducting to make cooling easy to add, either.
It'll be interesting to see how long it stays on the market, whether they sell this summer, and how much they get. The price does not seem out of line to me; I would expect this to move before September and for close to what they are asking.
