As expected, the doc is being charged with failure to report child abuse. This should be an absolute slam dunk; hard to imagine how enough evidence could be tossed to save him and his license, since he delivered babies of girls too young to consent to have sex AND didn't call the state about it. I don't know that that's the particular abuse they'll use as evidence or if they've got more going on, but that really ought to be enough.
The rest looks like an interesting mix of DNA samples and bishops records. Should be a fun trial. It'll be interesting to see what happens to the judge who ordered the return of all the kids as this shakes out. Aren't judges elected in Texas?
