Monday's Activities Include: Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory, Toys R Us, 99

A. wanted to have a Big Day, so today we did. We all went to Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory, which isn't really worth an annual visit but if you are a kid and potato chips are exciting sometimes you just really want to revisit the excitement of seeing them be made. While we were there, my mother-in-law arrived at the house. She had been due the previous night, but got going late and it was foggy.

Then we went to Toys R Us, well, some of us did. We split up and R. (husband) and R. (sister) and T. (son) all went back to the house while B., the cousins, A. and I all went to Toys R Us. This was a great deal of fun -- it always is. I got to buy a poseable Barbie and a bunch of clothes. This Barbie has joints at ankles, wrists, elbows, knees, hips, etc. Kind of like one of those wooden dolls you can pose to get a drawing of a person to look mostly correct. Lots of play value. Also, a great deal of Pokemon (for the cousins), Shopkins (for A.) and assorted blind bags and minor electronics (earbuds) were purchased.

After that, we got lunch at 99.
