Someone gave them a variation on my secondary email address. Did they round trip it to verify it? No. No they did not. Unable to find any way to contact them that did not involve an international phone call, I deleted the (fortunately) few emails I had received from them and thought no more of it.
But today, I got a password reset request. And this time, I found a brochure online with the complaints process, which included an email. I have emailed them. I eagerly await their response.
