The Correct Way to Analyze Foolishness in the NYT


Short form: there was this bit of research that got secondary coverage about how marriages where men do more of the auto maintenance and driving and women do more of the washing up and grocery shopping have more sex than where it is split differently. The underlying data was from the early '90s. Yeah, it's that foolish. The response: so, fine, let's say you concede all the data. Now, yell in chorus: that's how it was 20 years ago -- in America!
